There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you type. Email is the whole of it, and it goes straight to the publisher.

What to write about

• A correction: a sentence on one of the five steps that is wrong, unclear or out of date. Please include the page address and quote the sentence.
• A broken link, a page that will not load, or something that reads badly on a phone.
• A question about the affiliate links, the commission, or anything else on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
• A privacy request. Put "Privacy request" in the subject line; the handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
• A legal or trademark notice, which will be read and answered.

What we cannot help with

Anything to do with a game account, a purchase, a technical fault in a game, or a password reset belongs to the company that runs the game. We are not that company, we have no access to any game account, and we cannot see, change or recover anything inside a game. Sending us account details would not help and should be avoided.

We also cannot give advice on a specific purchase, a specific household's budget, or a legal question. Step 5 points to the Australian bodies that publish authoritative guidance, and they are a better destination than an email to us.

What to expect

Email is read by people working for K.R.N. rest s.r.o. and a reply normally goes out within a few working days. A privacy request receives a reply within 30 days of being received, which is the period stated in the Privacy Policy. Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless a message is needed for a legal claim, and nothing from an email is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

If a correction is accepted, the page is changed and the review date in the footer is updated. If it is not accepted, you will be told why and which source the sentence came from.
