1. Who these terms are between

idlecipher.online is published by K.R.N. rest s.r.o., č.ev. 609, 664 49 Ostopovice, Czech Republic, company registration 04490142. By reading the site you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is

The site is a short informational course for people new to free-to-play PC games. It is published for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own circumstances from someone qualified to give it. It is also not accredited training: there is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification attached to reading it.

3. No guarantee that the content fits your situation

The course is written to be accurate and is reviewed periodically, with the review date shown in the footer of every page. Even so, computers, games and company practices differ, and general guidance cannot account for every configuration or household. You remain responsible for decisions you make about software, accounts and money.

4. Product details change

Where the course describes a product, the description comes from what the vendor published and is accurate only as far as that source went. Platforms, system requirements, sign-up processes, prices and purchase mechanisms are changed by vendors without telling us. Check the vendor's own site before acting on any product detail you read here.

5. Links to other websites

The site links to vendors, to affiliate destinations and to Australian government bodies. Those sites are run by other organisations and are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your information, and a link is not an endorsement of the organisation behind it. Some links are paid affiliate links, labelled where they appear and explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

6. Use of the material

You may read the pages, and print the checklists for your own or your household's use. The text and page design remain the property of K.R.N. rest s.r.o. Republishing the course or substantial parts of it elsewhere requires our written permission, which you are welcome to ask for at info@idlecipher.online. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners, as stated in the notice in the footer of every page.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Pages may be changed, corrected or withdrawn at any time, and the course may be revised when a source it relies on changes.

8. Liability, and your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law or any other law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights apply in addition to these terms and take priority over them wherever the two conflict.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, K.R.N. rest s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information in the course, including loss arising from a decision to install software, create an account or spend money. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the information or the reasonable cost of having it supplied again.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. This does not displace any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law for readers in Australia, and does not prevent you from bringing a matter before a regulator or court where that law allows.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The effective date above is changed when they are, and the version on this page at the time you read the site is the version that applies.
