Cookie Policy
Effective date: 16 October 2026
A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits, which is how a site recognises a returning browser. Similar technologies do the same job by other means: browser storage areas that keep values between visits, invisible images used to record that a page was opened, and scripts loaded from other companies that can see your visit.
This page states what idlecipher.online, published by K.R.N. rest s.r.o., does with each of them.
What we checked
- Cookies set by this site
- Not used. No first-party cookie is set on any page, including this one.
- Cookies set by others through this site
- Not used. No advertising, analytics, social or video provider is present on these pages, so nobody is in a position to set a cookie through them.
- localStorage
- Not used. The checklists do not remember which boxes you have ticked, because the boxes are printed squares with nothing behind them.
- sessionStorage
- Not used. Nothing is kept for the duration of a visit, and there is no session identifier of any kind.
- IndexedDB
- Not used. No database is opened in your browser.
- Tracking pixels
- Not used. There are no images on this site at all: every graphic element is drawn with CSS or inline SVG that is part of the page itself.
- Browser fingerprinting
- Not used. We do not read your fonts, canvas, screen or hardware characteristics, and we do not attempt to recognise your browser by any indirect means.
- Web fonts and third-party scripts
- Not used. The typefaces are the ones already installed on your device, and the only script is one short first-party file that opens the menu on small screens and calls the browser's print dialog on the checklists page.
- Server access logs
- Used. This is the only entry in this list that is in use. Our hosting provider records each request to the server, as described below.
Why there is no consent banner
A banner exists to obtain consent for cookies and similar technologies. There is nothing here to consent to, so a banner would be asking you to agree to something that is not happening. That would be misleading, and showing one would make this page untrue.
What does happen when you open a page
Your browser requests the page from the server, and the server writes an entry in its access log. That entry can contain your IP address, the date and time, the URL you asked for, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string. Our hosting provider keeps those logs for 30 days, and they are used for security, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full, including where the provider may store data.
Nothing else happens. No other server is contacted, and nothing is written to your browser.
After you follow an affiliate link
Some pages carry labelled affiliate links, explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Following one takes you to a different organisation's website, and this policy stops at that boundary. The affiliate network that operates the link, and the game publisher's own site, may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains — recording a referral is how such a link is paid at all. K.R.N. rest s.r.o. does not control those cookies, cannot read them and does not receive them. Their notices on their own sites are the place to see what they set.
Blocking or clearing cookies in general
Every current browser lets you see which sites have stored cookies, delete them individually or all at once, and block them before they are set, in the privacy or site-data section of its settings. Most also offer a private or incognito window that discards storage when it closes. Blocking cookies broadly can stop sites that rely on them from working — a shop forgetting your basket, a service forgetting your log-in — so the usual approach is to clear or block selectively. Your browser's own help pages give the exact steps for the version you are running. None of it changes anything on this site, which works identically either way.
If that ever changes
Should a cookie or similar technology ever be introduced here, this page will be rewritten first, with the effective date updated, and a working consent mechanism will be in place before anything is set on your device. We will not quietly add one and amend the wording afterwards.
